FVP inaugurates 35th Session of Khartoum International Fairs

The First Vice-President of the Republic and National Prime Minister , Lt. Gen. Bakri Hassan Salih inaugurated yesterday 22nd Jan.2018, the 35h Session of Khartoum International Fair of Khartoum with participation of 33 countries and in access of 600 local and international companies .
Minister of Trade , Hatim Al-Sir, Minister of Investment, Mubarak Al-Fadil, Minister of Industry Dr. Mosa Krama, Governor of Khartoum State, Lt. Gen. Abdul-Rahim Mohamed Hussein, and members of diplomatic crops and the Sudanese Businessmen and Employment Federation took part in inauguration ceremony .
The First Vice-President of the Republic was honored by Minister of Trade and the Director General of Sudanese Free Zones and Markets Company Mr. Yusuf Mohammed Karrar.
It is worth mentioning that some countries are to participate for the first time and others after a long suspension of participation such as Portugal , Gahanna, Belorussia, Sultanate of Oman and South Korea.
The First Vice-President accompanied by ministers and members of diplomatic corps inspected the fair pavilions and showed satisfaction over organization of the Fair.
The Trade Minister Mr. Hatim Al-Sir has reiterated the concern of the government over the exhibition industry development.
The Trade Minister further outlined Sudan’s potentials of natural resources such as a fast fertile land and diversified other resources such animal and mineral resources.
At the of his speech the Trade Minister invited the participating countries and companiesto explore investment opportunities t in Sudan under the umbrella of the Federal Investment Encouragement Act that offers a package of huge incentives and facilities.
